Hello and welcome! My name is Claire Kalem, I am 25 years old and am currently located in Indianapolis, Indiana with my partner, Alex, and cat, Anubis. I work full-time in an Alzheimer’s Disease research lab but have had a passion for photography for as long as I can remember. It grew a lot in the year 2017 when I was taking both film and digital photography courses, yet college led me on a different path. Despite graduating and working with neuroscience, I still kept photography as a hobby and close to my heart.

Flash forward to today; I have been working full-time for a couple years with a good work/life balance, and am ready to start honing in on my photography.

My portfolio includes wildlife and nature, landscapes and cityscapes, portraits, and music photography. I would describe my current style as eclectic since I am still exploring different genres of photography and finding where I fit.
